The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with:

· Nespresso-compatible coffee machine
· All necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery

The room overlooks an interior courtyard where the apartment's laundry area is located. As a result, it receives less natural light than the exterior rooms, and there may occasionally be some noise when the washing machine is in use.

Each tenant has their own designated shelf in the refrigerators and a private cupboard space for storing food.

For added privacy and security, every bedroom has its own lock and key.

The apartment is shared exclusively by female university students, providing a quiet, respectful, and study-friendly environment.
