In elegante palazzo signorile del ’700 con ascensore gratuito, proponiamo camere all’interno di un grande appartamento ben ristrutturato, ideale per studenti universitari, specializzandi, tirocinanti e giovani impegnati in percorsi di studio o formazione, preferibilmente entro i 35 anni, interessati a soggiorni medio/lunghi nel cuore di Napoli.
L’appartamento si trova in posizione strategica, vicino alle università, alla metropolitana ed ai principali servizi del centro città.
Disponibili diverse tipologie di camere singole e doppie. Tutte le camere dispongono di bagno privato, balcone con affaccio sulla strada e zona ristoro ad uso esclusivo con forno a microonde, lavello e frigobar. Alcune camere sono particolarmente grandi, quasi tipo monolocale, ed alcune dispongono anche di soppalco uso deposito.
L’appartamento dispone inoltre di cucina/soggiorno in condivisione e lavatrice condivisa utilizzabile in fascia serale.
La camera che vi proponiamo è una singola con bagno per complessivi 25 mq con bagno, balcone sulla strada, punto cucina (lavello e Forno microonde) . Sono in corso lavori per ristrutturare la camera (Il bagno verrà completamente rifatto e reso più confortevole, la camera verrà ritinteggiata e l'arredo sarà in parte sostituito. La camera sarà disponibile dal 1 Settembre.
Le fotografie attualmente disponibili non rendono pienamente la qualità degli ambienti e saranno aggiornate a breve, quella che vedete come cover è un rendering solo indicativo di come dovrebbe venire la stanza al termine della ristrutturazione.

Located in an elegant 18th-century building with an elevator, we offer rooms within a large, well-renovated apartment. This accommodation is ideal for university students, medical residents, interns, and young people pursuing studies or professional training (preferably under 35) who are interested in medium- to long-term stays in the heart of Naples.
The apartment is strategically located near universities, the metro, and key city-center amenities.
Various types of single and double rooms are available. All rooms feature a private bathroom, a street-facing balcony, and a dedicated kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, sink, and mini-fridge. Some rooms are particularly spacious—almost studio-apartment style—and include a mezzanine level for storage.
The apartment also includes a shared kitchen/living area and a shared washing machine available for use in the evening.
The specific room we are offering is a single room (total area 25 sqm including the bathroom) featuring a private bathroom, a street-facing balcony, and a kitchenette area (sink and microwave). Renovation work is currently underway: the bathroom is being completely redone for greater comfort, the room is being repainted, and some of the furniture is being replaced. The room will be available starting September 1st.
