Booking in summer (June, July, or August) minimum stay is 1 month. The rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months.

All rooms Included Weekly cleaning of common areas and Fortnightly ( it is not weekly) cleaning of the room and changing the sheets (included but optional).
