Discover ROOM 2, an intimate corner within a shared flat where comfort takes centre stage.

It is equipped with Smart TV, full wardrobe, desk, a large bed that fits 180 cm or two 90 cm beds, two bedside tables, minibar, as well as the option to purchase a bedding kit, offering comfort and practicality. In addition, the room is air-conditioned and heated.

We offer a unique experience with ample common spaces of comfort and functionality. These are:
- A large kitchen-dining room fully equipped and designed so that each resident has their own space and can enjoy it comfortably.
- The living room, cosy and bright, has a large Smart TV and a games table ideal for leisure time.
- The laundry room has a washing machine and an industrial tumble dryer.

Our rooms are located in the historic centre of a vibrant metropolis, directly facing one of the city’s oldest squares, the Plaza de la Villa, and just a short walk from the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Theatre, and the Reina Sofía School of Music.
