I am renting a room with a large balcony and an independent kitchen for the person who moves in. You will only share the bathroom with me since I work away from home all day, and the kitchen is inside your living space. There is a retractable outdoor clothesline; it is really a mini-apartment for you.. . the good thing is that I am also out almost all day.

Regards.
