This is a renovated five-bedroom apartment in which the furniture is completely new. You will enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms that will make it easier for you to live with your classmates. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed so you will get the rest you need, a closet with enough space to arrange all your belongings, your own desk where you can let your creativity flow, and everything you bring to it! You will also have a large bedroom, which will make long study days easier to bear. This space comes with everything you need, with furniture adapted to your wishes.

About the neighborhood:
Calle Juan de Ledesma is situated in a predominantly residential neighborhood, characterized by its calm and peaceful environment. It's an area where you can enjoy a quieter lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. There are several local shops, supermarkets, and traditional markets nearby where you can find fresh produce and daily necessities. The area offers a range of dining options, from local tapas bars to international cuisine, allowing you to enjoy both traditional Andalusian dishes and other culinary delights.

The area is highly commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, international restaurants, and much more. The neighborhood is well-connected by public transport, with several bus routes serving the area, making it easy to get to other parts of Seville. It has excellent connections to metro line 1, which will allow you to easily travel to the main university campuses such as the Ramón y Cajal/Viapol campus, the Rectorate or the UPO, as well as the main points of the city.

🔴IMPORTANT🔴: It is necessary after booking by Housing to complete the following steps in order to complete your booking 100%:
1 Complete the google form that will be sent to you by the owner.
2 Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.
3 Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).

💰Other cost:
Admin Fee 150€. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
Deposit: 1 month. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
Utility costs or bills: 35€ per month
Check out cleaning fee of room 35€ (mandatory). We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.

Please note that a €200 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of 6 months or less. This fee must be paid at the time of signing the contract and will appear on the "View All Payments" page under "Other".

Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed during the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
There is no short-stay surcharge during the summer months.

🛎️Check ins - weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
Out of opening hours, with a limit until 22:00 hours, at an additional cost to be paid by the tenant:
Monday to Thursday: 20€.
Friday to Sunday: 30€.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
🛌🏻Bed linen (loan): 49€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.
Includes: cotton sheets and pillowcase, duvet and bedspread. Final cleaning included.
🛁Towels (loan): 25€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.

Weekly: 40€/month
Fortnightly: 22€/month
