🔹Some bathrooms are shared by only 2 rooms, while others are shared by 3 rooms. Three rooms is the maximum number sharing any bathroom.

🔹 You have 2 weeks to sign the contract from the booking date, and the security deposit and administrative fee must be paid at least one month before check-in. Otherwise, there is a risk that the booking may be considered a no-show.
🔹 No check-in will be guaranteed unless the administrative fee and security deposit have been credited to our bank account.
🔹The security deposit cannot be used as payment for the last month’s rent.
