THE ROOM:

The room is one of three bedrooms in the apartment. The room is equipped with a box-spring bed, fine bedding, a bedside table, a large closet, a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a working desk, and a corresponding chair. In addition to your own room, you and your roommates share a large corridor hall, a bathroom, and a luxurious kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The kitchen is fully fitted with a big refrigerator, a freezer, and a stove. Moreover, the bathroom has a big shower and a mirror sink. Furthermore, you and your roommate have access to a washing machine.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

The room is located in a beautiful modern building in the middle of the exclusive Frankfurt district Westend North! Ideal for interns and young professionals, it takes only 5 minutes by foot to Goethe University or Reuterweg.
