Hi,
The first thing I suggest you do is read the reviews thoroughly. Housing Anywhere's rating system has recently changed. I invite you to click on the rating icon for each individual landlord. You'll see the symbol with a blue house and the words "self-rated." That's not a real user review, but a generous rating assigned by Housing Anywhere to a booking that hasn't received any complaints. To find the "real" reviews left by guests, you need to scroll until you find the names and comments of real people who write genuine opinions, not the logo with the blue house and the words "self-rated" that gives everyone a 5.
Once you've done this you're ready to read the ads, hoping that the old review system will be restored soon.

Great room with parquet and air conditioning.

A 2th-floor apartment with elevator in a building very close to the historic center, in a very safe and quiet area.
The apartment is very close to the faculties of Architecture, Humanities and Psychology and to the IED, 4 minutes walking to California State University Florence.
Supermarkets and all kinds of shops are very close to the apartment,
This area, though centrally located, is less touristy and one of the most sought-after by Florentines. If you want to live like a local, this is the apartment for you.

The apartment consists of 4 single bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and a kitchen.

The apartment is quiet and clean so I only look for quiet and orderly tenants.
