The ATTIC apartment completely renovated and it is spacious on several floors and with en-suite bathrooms. This property is located on the second floor of a small building.

The apartment counts a large entrance, a large living room, dining room, and an adjacent kitchen. Very close to the corridor, there is a bathroom (BATHROOM IN PHOTO) to be shared only with another girl. When you climb up from the spiral steps , there is and this larger single room. Going down and from the corridor, you enter another double room on two floors with private bathroom, a double room on one floor with private bathroom and on another level of the same house there is a single room with private bathroom. The property is located in via d'Ardiglione, an excellent area, a few steps before Ponte Alla Carraia, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti, 10 min from Piazza Della Repubblica. All shops, markets, restaurants, bars, and other amenities are close by to ease your life. The neighborhood is well served by public transportation, the station is just 15 min from the property and from there you can reach all part of Florence.
