This home was renovated during the summer of 2023, also incorporating all new furniture (cabinets, dining tables and chairs, TV cabinet, study tables and chairs, design elements, curtains, etc.).

We have available this fantastic and cozy 3-bedroom apartment located in the Nervión neighborhood. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. It's located on the 3rd floor.

The furniture is adapted to your needs, with recently installed cabinets and desk tables, with kitchenware and a full bathroom. And if you miss something, the visit to the home will be the best time to let us know.

It is located in the heart of the university and with a great student atmosphere, very close to the Ramón y Cajal Campus of the University of Seville and EUSA. It is also close to the Metro, so you can get to the UPO quickly.

The area is very quiet and is equipped with services and shops that will make your daily life easier. It is also close to large leisure centers, which will offer you the opportunity to disconnect from long hours of study. Nervión is the geographical center of Seville, so you will have good public transport combinations to travel to other areas of the city.

- Stays from 1 to 3 months: + 10%.
- Stays from 3 to 6 months: + 7.5%.

Utility costs or bills: 35€ per month
Check out cleaning fee of room 35€ (mandatory). We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.

Please note that a €200 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of 6 months or less. This fee must be paid at the time of signing the contract and will appear on the "View All Payments" page under "Other".

Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed during the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
There is no short-stay surcharge during the summer months.

IMPORTANT: It is necessary after booking by Housing to complete the following steps in order to complete your booking 100%:

Complete the google form that will be sent to you by the owner.

Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.

Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).
Check ins - weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

Out of opening hours, with a limit until 22:00 hours, at an additional cost to be paid by the tenant.
Monday to Thursday: 20€.
Friday to Sunday: 30€.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
Bed linen (loan): 49€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.
Includes: cotton sheets and pillowcase, duvet and bedspread. Final cleaning included.
Towels (loan): 25€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.
Including: bath towel, hand towel and toilet towel. towel. Final wash included.
