CLARIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS:
the process we follow before confirming a reservation, and to ensure everything is clear for both sides:

1. First Step:
The tenant makes the initial reservation via the platform and pays the first month’s rent through the platform.
2. Second Step:
After that, we get in direct contact with the tenant to prepare and sign the rental contract. (Please note: direct contact is only allowed after the reservation is made and not before.)
At the same time as signing the contract, the tenant must pay the security deposit and the administration fee.
⚠️ Important:
Until the contract is signed and both the deposit and administration fee are paid, the reservation is not officially confirmed or secured.

Before confirming, it’s essential that the tenant reviews all payment details under “View all the payments planned for this stay” on the platform, to avoid misunderstanding.
If the tenant has any doubts or feels uncertain after reviewing the payments, we recommend they contact HousingAnywhere support directly. Their team will be happy to clarify any additional questions regarding the payment process.

The tenant can choose to pay all payments either via the platform or directly to our company’s bank account. It’s necessary to confirm which method they prefer, so we can proceed accordingly.

Thank you for your attention!
