The community fees and water are included in the price, but the cost of electricity, Wi-Fi and butane gas are paid separately between all tenants. Likewise, the Internet connection and installation (to be paid only once) will also be paid separately between all the roommates.

One of the single rooms has a private bathroom, and the other bathroom is shared with the other three rooms. The flat has air conditioning in the living room, and ceiling fans in several of the rooms. It has a spacious living room and furniture in very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave and washing machine. 10 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, 5 minutes from the city centre, 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law, 1 minute from the main bus stops.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
