Praktische Pantry-Ecke inkl. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd mit 2 Platten und Kaffeemaschine,sowie dazu gehörigem Geschirr
Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher und Küchenwäsche werden bereitgestellt!

Das Apartment ist hervorragend gedämmt und verfügt über 3-fach verglaste Fenster. Die Heizkosten werden fair und transparent über ein entsprechendes elektronisches Messgerät erfasst: Der Verbrauch wird monatlich abgelesen und die tatsächlich verbrauchten Einheiten werden am Monatsende in Rechnung gestellt.
Für die Reinigung des eigenen Apartments ist der Mieter selbst verantwortlich.Ein Staubsauger steht zur Verfügung.
Bei uns sind Bad ( mit Dusche, kein baden) und Toilette getrennt.
Ein kleiner Kater lebt hier.
Ein Gemeinschafts-Fahrradkeller für das ganze Haus ist vorhanden, um dein Fahrrad sicher und trocken unterzustellen.
Haltestellen nur 50 m entfernt! In ca. 15 Minuten bist du direkt in der Kölner Innenstadt / am Dom.

The tenant is responsible for cleaning their own apartment. A vacuum cleaner is available.
Here, the bathroom (with a shower, no bathtub) and the toilet are separate.
A small cat lives here.
A shared bike storage room for the entire building is available to keep your bike safe and dry.
Public transit stops are just 50 m away! In about 15 minutes, you’ll be right in downtown Cologne / at the cathedral.
Shopping options right outside the door—Netto (250 m), Aldi (300 m), Kaufland (500 m). An Middle Eastern café and a restaurant are right in the neighborhood, and a gym is across the street.
Parking spaces are available at the building. There's also a charging station for electric cars there.
A large recreational area is about 100 m away.
Excellent access to the A3 and A4 highways as well as to the airport.
To avoid misunderstandings, the following fixed conditions apply:

Before renting, I require a copy of your passport or ID card, a copy of your enrollment certificate or employment contract,
and copies of your last 3 pay stubs or proof of income.
There are no viewings before booking and no contact outside the platform before booking, in accordance with Housing Anywhere’s rules, which I adhere to.
