Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit
Bett im angesagten Industriedesign mit neuer Boxspringmatratze, sowie Kisse und neuer Bettdecke,Bettwäsche wird gestellt.
Dazu ein gemütlicher Sessel, ein funktionaler Schreibtisch.
Lampen, Schränke,
Eine Kücheneinrichtung ganz für dich allein mit Kühlschrank,Kochgelegenheit und Microwave, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr,Kaffeemaschine ,sowie für die Sauberkeit der Staubsauger.
Ab und an habe ich leider die Angewohnheit ,einzelne Stücke zu ergänzen oder auszutauschen,wenn mir etwas besser (hidden) ist Dein Zimmer weitgehend neu möbliert.

Bad und die davon getrennte Toilette teilen wir uns. Neue Handtücher werden gestellt.

Man kann ,aber man muss nicht ,zusammen sein.

Begegnen tut man sich nur im Flur.

Es lebt ein Kater in der Wohnung.

Ich weise darauf hin eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt Köln ist verpflichtend !!!

Ich mag gerne mal mit jemanden sprechen ,lege auf Grund meiner Berufstätigkeit allerdings auch Wert auf ein ruhiges ,höfliches Miteinander.Ich erwarte Rüchsichtnahme und Freundlichkeit gegenüber dem kleinen Kater.

Ich akzeptiere sehr gerne Besucher ,aber keine Übernachtungsgäste.

Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist für mich wichtig,ich erwarte ,das du dein Zimmer wöchentlich reinigst und Dich an der Renigung der allgm.Räume beteiligst.

Heizung ist auf Grund der weltweit bekannten Energiekrise nach Verbrauch zu zahlen ,es wird monatlich im Winter abgerechnet.

Du hast die Möglichkeit einen eigenen DSL Anschluss anzumelden,was in Deutschland sehr selten ist.

Ich bin kein Hotel ich lege Wert auf eine lägerfristige Vermietung von wenigstens 1 Jahr.

a bed in a trendy industrial design featuring a new box spring mattress, along with a pillow and a new comforter; bedding is provided.
Plus, a cozy armchair and a functional desk.
Lamps, closets,
a kitchen area all to yourself with a refrigerator, cooking facilities, and a microwave, dishes and cookware, a coffee maker, and a vacuum cleaner for cleaning.
Every now and then, I unfortunately have a habit of adding or replacing individual items; if I find something better, your room will be largely refurnished.

We share the bathroom and the separate toilet. Fresh towels are provided.

You can, but you don’t have to, socialize with others.
You only run into people in the hallway.
