1 Rellenar el formulario de google que te enviará el propietario.
2 Firmar el contrato de alquiler que te enviará el propietario cumplimentado con los datos que has facilitado en el formulario que has rellenado anteriormente.
3 Pagar por transferencia bancaria las cantidades descritas en el contrato de alquiler. Normalmente son: fianza + gastos de gestión + recargo (si lo hubiera).
Ten en cuenta que hay un 💶surcharge💶 para reservas inferiores o iguales a 6 meses:
Estancias de 4 a 6 meses: +7,5% de recargo. Debe abonarse en el momento de la firma del contrato.
Estancias de 1* a 3 meses: +10% sobrecoste. Debe abonarse en el momento de firmar el contrato.
*Sólo se permiten estancias de 1 ó 2 meses en los meses de verano (julio y agosto) y en ocasiones especiales.

2 Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.
3 Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).
Please note that there is a 💶surcharge💶 for bookings less than or equal to 6 months:
