Nuestro servicio incluye: alquiler de la habitación + dos limpiezas semanales + mantenimiento + internet + impuestos. Atención continua a través de nuestra mánager de vivienda, a quien podrás trasladar cualquier incidencia, para que puedas dedicarte a estudiar y disfrutar de tu estancia
SERVICIO OPCIONAL DE MENÚ DIARIO:
- De lunes a jueves: 100 € / mes.
- De lunes a viernes: 132 € / mes
SERVICIO OPCIONAL DE LIMPIEZA DEL DORMITORIO:
- Semanal: 40€/mes
- Quincenal: 22€/mes
- Mensual 13€/mes
- Limpieza extraordinaria puntual: 25€ (pago único)
Le informamos que:
- Estancias de 1 a 3 meses: + 10%.
- Estancias de 3 a 6 meses: + 5%.
35 euros de consumo fijo para todos. Si al final del contrato hay un excedente, la diferencia será pagada por el inquilino.
Se aceptarán reservas de uno o dos meses solo en los meses de julio y agosto. Las reservas a partir de septiembre serán por un mínimo de 10 meses. En caso de hacer una reserva en julio o agosto por más de dos meses, solo se aceptaran aquellas que abarquen hasta junio de 2024.
