✔RENT: 470 EUR + extra costs/month

-EXTRA COSTS: usually around 70-90 EUR/month/room with cleaning service, bills(water, gas, electricity), common costs, internet.

-The cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean the whole flat and to change your sheets.

✔BEDROOM: double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, clothes hangers, pillows, duvet, 2 sets of sheets, 2 towels, duvet, pillows, bedside table

✔KITCHEN: wall unit, sink, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, fridge, dining table, chairs, stoves, washing machine, grill microwave, dishwasher

✔SHARED BATHROOM: shower, sink, toilet

-The flat has 3 bedrooms in total

This amazing and stylish student flat is located in the center of Budapest, in the 7th district! :)

It is a few steps from supermarkets, bars and public transportation (Keleti Palyaudvar, metro2 and metro4 stations, many buses, trams are within 1-2 minutes by feet).

All main universities are close, and easy to reach!

Please acknowledge that we handle multiple parallel inquiries per room. We handle each request individually. If the room is not free, we offer another room.

We show everything at the check-in. We sign the original copy of the rental contract and take over the (amount of 2 months rental fee) deposit.

We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs.

Before you leave, we agree on a check out date. We take the keys and give back your deposit.

We rent out to students and only make contracts for the following periods:
✔Period 1: February to July (6 months)
✔Period 2: August to January (6 months)
✔Period 3: August to July (12 months)
