Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during your studies? Our property offers 30 x 15m2 single bed rooms (10 on each floor), including a shared kitchen and common spaces. The building has a bathroom on each floor, with multiple WCs and showers, making it easy for everyone to have privacy and comfort.

We have a selection of rooms available, each with identical facilities and a similar layout. You can check the video to get a good idea of the property:)

- Each Standard room has a single bed and a study desk.
- Bedding, blankets and pillows are provided in every bedroom.
- Wifi is available everywhere.
- There is a kitchen on each floor.
- There is a bathroom on each floor with multiple WCs and showers.
- There is a living/dining room on each floor with tables and chairs.
- Our rooms and kitchens are fully furnished & equipped, with all the cooking essentials.
- The bathrooms include laundry facilities (washers + dryers)
- The rent price includes all bills apart from gas.

📍The location couldn’t be better - we’re right next to tram stops 4 & 6, with the metro just a short walk away. You’ll find plenty of shops, coffee spots, bars, and restaurants on the same street, and the lively city center is at your doorstep! Perfect for students who want a vibrant, central location with everything close by!

IMPORTANT: the deposit listed as optional is for cases where you need a rental contract for a visa application. In these cases, a 250 EUR security deposit is required, and it is not a fee for the contract, it will be used towards your last month rental fee. This is just a security that you will come to our accommodation upon arrival in Budapest. If you do not require a contract for a visa application, then no deposit is needed.
