The apartment is located near Brescia Station, less than a 10-minute walk from Brescia's main squares, such as Piazza Paolo VI and Piazza della Vittoria. Additionally, the University of Brescia is just 8 minutes away on foot. The Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia is only 20 minutes away by taking the bus from right outside the apartment.

APARTMENT DETAILS

The apartment consists of: Spacious Relaxing Living Room with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony, 5 Single Rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a storage room. This room has a queen-size bed!

SURROUNDINGS

The area is well-served and very peaceful. Opposite the condominium, you'll find Parco Zanardelli, and there are plenty of grocery stores and supermarkets such as Aldi, as well as gelaterias, restaurants, pizzerias, take-away places of all kinds, and bars like Pi-Greco Bar Bottega and Dialogue Lounge. Nearby, there's a Metro station on Via della Stazion(hidden) and several bus lines run along the streets around Via XX Settembre. Additionally, the apartment is just 5 minutes from the train station.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
