We’re offering a cozy room in a well-maintained apartment located in a fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and only 10 minutes to Sagrada Familia metro station, making it super convenient to get around the city.

The neighborhood is lively and full of great options like bars, restaurants, cafés, and gyms are all nearby, so you’ll never run out of places to explore. Maintenance was performed on a section of the wall, and a fixed curtain was installed.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with calm, respectful, and friendly flatmates. Many of them work, so they value a peaceful and quiet environment, especially during the evenings. It’s the perfect spot for someone who appreciates both comfort and a respectful atmosphere.
