Bright room in Baix Guinardó – Barcelona

A bright single room is available in a cosy apartment located in the quiet and well-connected neighbourhood of Baix Guinardó, just a few minutes' walk from **Afonso X metro station (L4)**.

The apartment is very bright, has heating, and offers a comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal place to study and relax. The room is small but functional and suitable for someone looking for a peaceful place to live.

You will share the apartment with a young professional currently completing an internship in administration. The atmosphere at home is quiet, friendly and respectful.

We would preferably welcome a young student, Erasmus participant, or intern looking for a comfortable home during their stay in Barcelona.

At home, we speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan, making it a great environment for international students who would like to practice languages and enjoy a multicultural atmosphere.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Sant Pau Campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and the Hospital de Sant Pau. The neighbourhood offers supermarkets, cafés, local shops and green spaces, while remaining well connected to the city centre by metro.
