However, bedding is not included but there is a pillow and mattress protector for hygienic reasons. The shared and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook comfortably. There is one bathroom with a separate sink that is shared.

- The contracts are monthly, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the last day. Tenants must leave the apartment on the last day of the contract month at 12:00. This way, the cleaning team enters and finishes their service so that the accommodations are available the next day, the first of the following month, for the new tenant
