✨ What makes our place special?
What makes our place truly special is the combination of an international student community, a welcoming atmosphere, and an exceptional location by the sea.

We take great care to create a friendly, respectful, and harmonious living environment where students from different countries and cultures can feel comfortable, enjoy their experience, and feel at home. We believe that sharing a home should be about more than just having a place to stay it should also be about feeling welcome and being part of a positive community.

We are always available to support our residents and take a very hands-on approach to managing the property. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or encounter any issue, we do our best to respond promptly and resolve things as quickly as possible. Your comfort and well-being are important to us.

And then, of course, there is the sea! Located just 50 metres from the beach, our place offers the opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle every day. Imagine cycling along the seafront, grabbing a coffee while watching the sunrise over the sea, or unwinding in the evening as the sun sets over the horizon.

A welcoming international community, attentive personal service, and the sea just around the corner a place where you can feel at home while enjoying the best of coastal living.
