Your main host is an educated, multilingual university graduate father. You will enjoy a vibrant, multicultural environment, sharing this large apartment with 2 or 3 other international students, as well as occasional stays from the host’s university-aged siblings.

The Accommodation Base (€425/month per person) INCLUDES:
• An identical premium setup (beds, desks, and storage) to ensure maximum comfort.
• Dedicated exterior bathroom
• Centralized Air Conditioning: Fully functional and guaranteed.
• All Utilities Included: Electricity, water, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi. NO hidden monthly bills.
• Weekly professional room cleaning and weekly personal laundry service.

Mandatory Meal Plans (Select One Upon Booking):
To ensure the best community and family living experience, this homestay requires selecting one of the following two monthly meal plans (added to the base rent):
• Plan A €165 Breakfast - (Total €590/month per person): Includes the premium accommodation + a daily, rich Continental Breakfast Buffet (coffee, tea, milk, juices, fresh fruits, eggs, toasts, pastries). Note: Dedicated dinner plans are available upon request. Please ask us for details on pricing and occasional on-demand options.
• Plan B €450 Full Board - (Total €875/month per person): Includes the premium accommodation + breakfast+ 2 fresh, home-cooked meals a day, 7 days a week. Also available for some allergies and dietary restrictions.
Available for the Fall Semester, Spring Semester, or Full Academic Year.
