The Vera Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Valencia's Tarongers campus are very near to this quiet and nice neighborhood.
This apartment is very well connected by the Ayora and Amistat- Casa de Salud subway stops where you can catch the lines 5 and 7.
