Situated on the lower ground floor, all rooms in this apartment have access to a spacious terrace. The apartment comprises four bedrooms (one with two beds, accommodating a maximum of five girls). Our guests are primarily international students who appreciate the excellent location, the standard of the place, and the warm atmosphere.

Location-wise, we are close to the city center (just 10 minutes by metro) and also in proximity to several parks, a skateboard track, bike trails, and more. Public transportation stops are very close, with a tram stop just 1 minute away on foot and the metro station a 3-4 minute walk from the building.

Mokotów has long been considered the most desirable district to live in. In the vicinity of our building, numerous friendly events take place cyclically, such as open-air dance parties every Friday in the Królikarnia Park during the summer, jazz concerts every Saturday in Dreszer Park, and, of course, the Breakfast Market every Sunday in the park square just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

By staying here, you can enjoy convenient transportation and proximity to the city center while still finding peace and quiet in this prestigious part of Upper Mokotów. We are only a 4-minute walk from Metro Wilanowska, a 1-minute walk from the tram stop on Puławska street, and within walking distance to the office center in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. The location provides excellent connectivity with public transportation to all parts of Warsaw.

The apartment is well-connected to schools and universities and is situated in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond for relaxation. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, and plates.

Cleaning of common areas such as the hall, kitchen, and bathrooms is included in the room price, conducted by a cleaning lady weekly. However, it's essential that each tenant cleans up after themselves while using the apartment.

Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a peaceful and clean home.
We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
