You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with three other tenants, providing a sociable yet private living environment.

Please note this room is exclusively available for students and is suitable for one occupant. The minimum rental period is 7 months up to a maximum of 11 months.

• Registration with the municipality (BRP registration) is possible.
• The rental concerns temporary accommodation by its nature for a short duration, in accordance with Article 7:232 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW).
• The tenancy agreement is entered into for a predetermined, fixed temporary rental period.
• The tenancy agreement automatically ends by operation of law upon expiry of the agreed rental term.
• The tenancy agreement cannot be terminated prematurely.
• No rights to rent protection or extension of the tenancy can be claimed.
