The bustling Zuidplein shopping center is also just a 5-minute bike ride away, offering numerous shops, large supermarket chains, restaurants, and even a large swimming pool. A cinema is planned to open nearby in the near future. Thanks to the excellent local facilities, all colleges and Erasmus University are easily accessible from this location.

The room is located on the first floor at the front of the property and spans approximately 20 m2. It feels very spacious, partly due to high ceilings and a charming alcove that allows for a separate dining area. The studio is attractively furnished with a comfortable double bed, a table, two chairs, and a wardrobe. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with just two other residents, creating a cozy and sociable atmosphere.

Please note this room is exclusively available for international students or expats and is suitable for one occupant. The minimum rental period is 7 months up to a maximum of 11 months.
