The price for a shorter period (than 6 months) should be adjusted up 300 eur p/m, others if agreed with Landlord before the booking.
The registration is not applicable for short rental term in timeline by Law. The Government City hall taxes related to the residence with registration is not included in the rent cost. It is applicable apart by City hall admin and starts from the date of request.

The price is based of one person occupies. For two persons to share this room the price adjustment is applicable( 500eur /monthly).
By check in you pay the deposit and the last month rent which signed proof.
With the booking ,the first month rent is done through HousingAnywhere. All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash ,as agreed. For cash payment, signed confirmation.
There is no option in Housing system to pay deposit back via the platform .The deposit could be paid by bank transfer and meet as settled the moment of check in/only by cash at the moment of check in. The method of deposit payment will be the same pay to you back.

If you need to stay longer than booked, that's easy possible, just to be arrange in time (already by check in /later).
If you stay shorter than you booked initially ,the difference of the fee paid on your check-in for the entire period that you booked, goes to your account.
