The registration is not applicable for short rental term as per Law regulation. The Government City hall registration taxes not including in the rent and applicable from the moment of registration on address.
The price is for one occupant. For two persons occupancy , the price adjustment applicable : 500 eur /monthly.

You can use other flat area ,if not booked (agreed with owner), as extra area , free of charge. Just to be ensured - no influence on utility balance. You can change your initially booked room for any other preferable room under my profile which appearing available with respect it's listing price.
Notice period is standard Dutch.

The booking made through HousingAnywhere including the first month rent. All further payments (rent, deposit,) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed while booking /check in. For paying cash ,you get confirmation. Deposit you can pay via bank (it should be settled already to meet moment of check in) but ,by check in , the deposit is only cash. The method of deposit payment is the same to be paid to you back.
If you need to stay longer than booked, that's easy possible, just to be arrange in time (already by check in /later).
If you stay shorter than you booked initially ,the difference
of the fee that was paid on your check-in for the entire period that you booked, goes to your account.
