The first month and deposit has to be payed within 24 hours after the booking date order to secure the room. And all contracts needs to be signed 24 hours after booking.
This deposit is refundable after the rental period if the tenant has completed the rental period well with no defects. Registration only possible when renting longer than 7 months.
The rental period as booked through housinganywhere should be finished and all booked months through housinanywhere should be paid in order to have deposit returned.
Given both the landlord as the tenant are only protected for the first month rent the contract we set up starts one month after the booked period on this platform.
Extra service costs for the first month will be sent through a payment request.
