The apartment is located near the Wilanowska metro station at ul Domaniewska 17/19 in Warsaw in Warsaw. It covers an area of approximately 60 square meters and consists of two bedrooms (yours and your flatmate's), a living room with a balcony, a spacious hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Both flatmates have access to the living room (featuring a TV) and the enclosed balcony, which can be used even when it is raining as it is a glazed balcony. No one lives in the living room; it is a shared space for both tenants.
The apartment is situated on the 8th floor. There are beautiful views from every window, and from your room, you will be able to see the Palace of Culture, central point of Warsaw.

The flat is just a 3-minute walk to the Wilanowska metro station and a 1-minute walk to a bus stop on Domaniewska Street. The metro ride to the city center takes 10 minutes. Within walking distance, you will find the Mokotów office district (jokingly referred to as "Mordor") and the Westfield Mokotów shopping mall. The building is surrounded by greenery; behind it, there is a small park, a tennis court, and areas suitable for activities like jogging. Numerous shops, including supermarkets, are located nearby, minutes walk from the flat. It is an excellent location with convenient public transport connections to all parts of Warsaw. Excellent transport links to schools and universities, including: Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stops), SGH Warsaw School of Economics (3 metro stops), Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW (3 metro stops), Warsaw University of Technology (4 metro stops), University of Warsaw (30 minutes), University of Economics and Human Sciences – Vizja (35 minutes), Academy of Fine Arts – ASP (35 minutes), Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), and others.

If you don't mind cleaning in the house and value a quiet environment, you will feel right at home here. We don’t make noise in the house, don’t organize parties here. Warsaw offers plenty of places to meet friends, so the apartment is a space where one can truly relax or focus on studying.
