Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, -
contract preparation,
Translation of the contract to English, Italian,
Room preparation with set of bed linen,
Airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat,
Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, - representing you in communications with flat owner.
Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault.
IV. Final cleaning + 400 zl V.
