I’m looking for a comfortable, modern and well-maintained apartment that feels like a nice place to call home. Ideally, I would prefer a furnished studio or a one-bedroom apartment, as I’m relocating from abroad and would like to avoid having to buy or transport lots of furniture.

I’m open to different options in terms of size, as long as the space is well laid out, functional and pleasant to live in. A modern kitchen, good natural light, and a cosy atmosphere would be a real plus.

I’m also open to sharing an apartment with other young professionals or students, as I’ve lived in a shared flat before and am comfortable with the idea. However, my preference would be to have my own private bathroom, even in a shared apartment, as I really value having my own personal space and privacy.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place that offers a good balance between comfort, practicality and affordability, in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, with convenient access to public transport, shops and everyday amenities.

Overall, I’m flexible and open-minded about the type of accommodation, but I would prioritise a furnished, modern and well-maintained space where I can feel at home from the moment I move in.
