I am looking for room for rent in Eindhoven or Veldhoven, The Netherlands

My name is David, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Spain. I have just graduated in Mechanical Engineering, and I’m moving to Eindhoven in January to start my career in the city’s high-tech and engineering sector. Eindhoven is the place where I want to build my professional future, so I’m looking for a room where I can settle in properly and feel at home.

I’m coming to Eindhoven to work. While I look for a position in my field, I’m also fully prepared to take on any job in the meantime. I have complete financial backing from my parents, who will cover my rent and living costs until I find employment and who are willing to act as my guarantors. Their income and savings can be fully documented, and I would be delighted to show you any document that corroborates their financial solvency, such as tax returns, payslips or bank statements, together with a signed guarantee letter and my own bank statements. I can also pay the deposit as soon as the contract is signed.

I have worked as a private tutor in maths and physics, and in customer service as a sales assistant at MediaMarkt. Both jobs taught me to be responsible, patient and good at dealing with people, which I think makes me an easy person to live with. My English is at C1 level, and I hold a Cambridge B2 certificate. I’m also planning to start learning Dutch soon, because I want to integrate into the city and the local community.

I’m moving alone, I have no pets and I don’t smoke. I’m a very calm, tidy and respectful person, and I value a quiet, friendly home. My goal is to stay in Eindhoven for a long time, but I’m also open to shorter rental periods if that suits you better.
