Im looking for a cozy, comfortable apartment to call home in the western Zurich area, ideally starting from December 2026, for a long-term rental.

Im particularly interested in Zurich Altstetten, Albisrieden, Schlieren, Regensdorf, Dietikon, Urdorf, Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, and surrounding areas. Im also open to other locations with good transport connections.

My monthly budget is approximately CHF 1,700–1,800, preferably including utilities.

A private parking space is essential, either included in the rent or available to rent separately, as I rely on my car for work.

Im a 27-year-old professional ballet dancer and dance teacher from Italy, currently living and working in Switzerland. I teach ballet and contemporary dance at several dance schools throughout the Zurich region, so Im hoping to find a home in a more convenient location that will reduce my daily commuting time.

Im looking for a private apartment for myself rather than a shared flat (WG), ideally with a separate bedroom, a functional kitchen, and a pleasant living space. A balcony, washing machine, and dishwasher would be lovely extras, but they are not essential.
