I’m looking for a studio or a room in a pleasant shared apartment in Utrecht, preferably close to the city centre or within easy cycling distance. I’m mainly interested in Binnenstad, Noord-Oost, Oost, West and Noord-West, but I’m open to nearby areas with good connections.

For a room, I’m looking for approximately 10–30 m², and for a studio around 20–50 m². Registration at the address is essential. I’m open to both short- and long-term options, although I prefer a longer-term rental.

I will be working at Utrecht University in a 4-year PhD position. I’m a quiet, clean, responsible and respectful tenant, non-smoker, with no pets. I can provide my employment contract, proof of income and, if needed, a guarantor.
