I’m looking for a bright, spacious-feeling apartment in Berlin for two people. The actual square-meter size is flexible — what matters most is a good, open layout that makes the apartment feel spacious and comfortable.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

* 2 bedrooms
* 1 separate office/work room
* 1 spacious living room
* A separate or open-plan kitchen
* Ideally 2 bathrooms, or 1 bathroom + guest WC
* A small private garden, terrace, or balcony
* Plenty of natural light and good-sized windows
* An open, efficient floor plan with minimal wasted corridor space

Ideally around 75–110+ m², but I’m open to smaller apartments if they are particularly well designed and feel spacious.

Search terms: 3.5–4 Zimmer, Balkon/Terrasse/Garten, home-office suitable, bright/open layout, 1.5–2 bathrooms preferred.
