Beso is looking for apartment, house or room for rent in Linz, Austria

We are two students from Georgia who will study at Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU) starting in October 2026. We are looking for accommodation from mid-to-late September 2026, preferably near JKU or within 20–30 minutes by public transport.

ideally We need two separate bedrooms and would like to rent the entire apartment together, with a private kitchen and bathroom and no additional flatmates. Furnished accommodation is preferred, but unfurnished is also acceptable. Our ideal budget is €600–€800 per month in total, including utilities, but we can consider slightly higher offers. We are looking for a long-term rental of at least 12 months. As we currently live in Georgia, we would need an online viewing and the possibility of completing the rental process remotely. We can provide university documents and other required documents. We hope to secure accommodation by 24 August.
