Dua is looking for apartment for rent in Limerick (region), Ireland

I am an international postgraduate student who will be studying at the University of Limerick from September 2026. I am looking for a clean, quiet, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment or studio, or a self-contained accommodation with a private entrance.

My priorities are a private kitchen and private bathroom, as I prepare my own halal meals and value privacy. I am a non-smoker, do not have pets, and will be living alone. I am a responsible, respectful tenant who will take good care of the property and am looking for a long-term rental.

Ideally, the property should be within a reasonable commuting distance of the University of Limerick and include essential amenities such as heating, internet, and laundry facilities. My preferred monthly budget is approximately €1,100–€1,300, although I am willing to consider suitable properties slightly outside this range.

I can provide my University of Limerick offer letter, identification, proof of funds, and references if required.
