I am looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained home for myself and my wife. I will be relocating to Ireland to begin a postdoctoral research position at the University of Limerick, so I am seeking long-term accommodation that is close to the university or has good public transport connections.

Ideally, I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment or a similar self-contained property with a private kitchen and bathroom. A furnished property with reliable internet, laundry facilities, and a peaceful environment would be preferred. As a researcher, I value a quiet home where I can focus on my work.

We are responsible, non-smokers, have no pets, and will take good care of the property. We can provide employment references, landlord references, and any other documentation required. We are hoping to secure accommodation before relocating so that we can move in as soon as all employment and visa formalities are completed.
