Dear Owner, My name is Nikianna Pantelaki, and I am very interested in renting your apartment. I currently live in Greece and am therefore unable to attend an in-person viewing. However, I would be willing to travel to Maastricht to complete the final arrangements if I am selected for the apartment. I would also be happy to attend an online viewing if possible. I will be studying Brain Science at Maastricht University and am planning to relocate to the Netherlands. I am a responsible, quiet, clean, and respectful tenant who takes good care of the property I live in. My studies and living expenses will be fully funded by my parents, who can also act as guarantors if required. My brother has also studied in the Netherlands, so my family is familiar with the practical and financial responsibilities involved in studying and living there.
