I am looking for a long-term rental in Aarhus as I will be starting my studies at Aarhus University in August 2026. I am looking for either a private room in a shared apartment or a small studio apartment.

My preferred areas are Aarhus C, Aarhus N (close to the university), Trøjborg, Aarhus Ø, Viby J, Højbjerg, or other areas with good public transport connections to Aarhus University.

I am looking for a place with a minimum size of around 12 m², ideally furnished or partly furnished, with access to a kitchen and bathroom. My budget is around 4,000–5,000 DKK per month including utilities, depending on the accommodation.

I am a 19-year-old student from Latvia, starting my studies at Aarhus University. Before moving to Aarhus, I studied at a boarding school in Struer, Denmark, which gave me experience with living independently, managing daily responsibilities, and sharing a living environment with other people. I am used to respecting neighbours and roommates, keeping shared spaces clean, and adapting to different routines.

I am a responsible, tidy, and easy-going tenant. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, watching films, and exploring new places. I am looking for a comfortable and stable home where I can stay for at least one year.
