Nice to meet you, I’m Clarice (30yo, Female) an MA Fine Art international student from Singapore who will be starting my course in September 2026 at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) :-) Ive previously studied my Bachelors in London and have experience living in a shared flat, so Im very familiar with having clear communication, being responsible and respectful of other flatmates to create a positive living environment for everyone.
As a flatmate, I am clean, considerate and friendly. I love going to museums, thrift shopping, going to music gigs and cosy nights in. As an art student, I foresee myself spending quite a bit of time in the studio as well.
I am looking for a room that is spacious, bright and has furniture included.
I’m looking to move in on 24 August 2026, but Im very willing to start paying rent from 1 Aug onwards to make things easier.
