We are 4 European female Erasmus undergraduate students looking for private accommodation for our exchange at Utrecht University.
About us:
• Ages 19–20
• Clean, tidy, respectful, and mature
• Non-smokers and non-drinkers
Our requirements:
• Rental period: February to June/July (5–6 months)
• Location: Within a maximum 45-minute commute by public transport to Utrecht University
• 4 separate bedrooms (this is essential)
• Ideally 2 bathrooms
• Budget: €1,500–€2,500 per month (excluding bills), although we are happy to pay more for a high-quality property
• Must have: Washing machine
• Preferred: Air conditioning
