We are currently looking at long term rental property in Dresden, Germany for our employees deployed to Dresden project. Now we need 2 or 3- or 4-Bedroom Property - multiple units.
Accommodation Requirement
• Location: Our project site is in Infineon & ESMC so we are looking at properties surrounding
• Property Type: 2 or 3- or 4-Bedroom Property - multiple units. Unfurnished
• Duration: Long-term rental minimum of 12 months.
• Availability : we need by end July or 1st August 2026 - for 10 employees which will increase in further months.
Key Considerations
• Our employees do not share bedrooms. So if it is a 2 Bedroom property then only 2 employees will be allocated.
• Parking facilities are required, as some workers will have vehicles
• Some workers may not have access to a vehicle, therefore proximity to public transport (tram/bus/train) is an important consideration
• We are open to properties within approximately 30 minutes travel time to the site. So give us option so that we can allocate workers with vehicles accordingly.
