Dear Sir/Madam, We are a married couple, Nicolae Vlad Caloian (28 years old) and Noemi Klaudia Caloian (24 years old), and we are interested in renting a house or apartment. We are both employed at Stoneridge in Barneveld and have a combined gross monthly income of approximately €5,200–€5,300. At the moment, we both have temporary employment contracts. We are currently living in Kortenhoef, where we are officially registered with the municipality (gemeente). We are looking for a new home because our current chalet is quite expensive, and we would like to find a comfortable and more affordable place to live. We are specifically looking for a property where municipal registration is possible, as we would like to remain properly registered at our residential address. We are a quiet, responsible, and respectful couple. We live a stable lifestyle, work Monday through Friday, and spend our weekends visiting different cities and enjoying our free time together.
