We are a married couple, Nicolae Vlad Caloian (28 years old) and Noemi Klaudia Caloian (24 years old), and we are interested in renting a house or apartment.
We are both employed at Stoneridge in Barneveld and have a combined gross monthly income of approximately €5,200–€5,300. At the moment, we both have temporary employment contracts.
We are currently living in Kortenhoef, where we are officially registered with the municipality (gemeente). We are looking for a new home because our current chalet is quite expensive, and we would like to find a comfortable and more affordable place to live. We are specifically looking for a property where municipal registration is possible, as we would like to remain properly registered at our residential address.
We are a quiet, responsible, and respectful couple. We live a stable lifestyle, work Monday through Friday, and spend our weekends visiting different cities and enjoying our free time together. We do not have any pets and we always take good care of the property where we live.
