Piotr is looking for apartment or house for rent in Enschede or Hengelo, The Netherlands
Hi! My name is Piotr, and together with my girlfriend, Agnieszka, we are looking for a studio or a small apartment in Enschede / Hengelo for a period of 1 to 2 years, starting from the 1st of July or August.
🎓 We are both 24 years old, currently living in Poland, and finishing our Masters degrees in Data Science. In addition, Agnieszka is pursuing a second Masters degree in Nanotechnology, while I am completing a second Masters in Cybersecurity online through the SANS Technology Institute (USA).
📚 The reason we are moving to the Netherlands is that starting this September, Agnieszka will be spending a year studying and writing her Masters thesis at the University of Twente, followed by a 6 to 12-month internship.
💵 Financially, our stay is fully secured. Agnieszka’s monthly income will consist of:
* Erasmus scholarship: €670/month (first year) and €820/month (second year)
* Rector’s scholarship: ~€210/month
* Part-time tutoring: ~€100/month
💵 Furthermore, I currently work part-time in the cybersecurity sector at a wage of €17.50/h. Upon completing my Masters degree in June/July, I will transition to full-time work with an expected income of around €2,900/month, while simultaneously looking for a position within the Netherlands.
To briefly introduce ourselves, we are diligent, responsible, calm, and quiet people who highly value a clean and tidy living environment. We do not smoke and do not have pets.
Outside of our studies, we are involved in our community. Agnieszka spent a year conducting a research project at her university and currently volunteers as a tutor at a children’s home. I worked at my universitys radio station and am currently engaged in a cybersecurity club. In our free time, we enjoy rock climbing and cooking.
