I am a female student at Semmelweis University looking for accommodation within about a 10–15 minute walking distance of the university. My budget is under 300 EUR per month, including all utilities. I am only interested in female accommodation, but I do not mind sharing a room or apartment, and I am comfortable living with any number of girls as long as the accommodation is female-only.
